Abstract

This brief study wants to present the ethnographic' s work and the contribution at the knowledge's ethnologic of the Iberian Peninsula of Fritz Krüger and his pupils of the Seminar für ro manis che Sprachen und Kultur of the U niversity of Hamburg. His job had like basis the movement of the Worter und Sachen -«Words and Things»- and the methodology of the Gegenstandskultur -«culture of the things»-. The mark of these works has been important for the training of many Spanish's ethnographs and philologists (like J. Caro Baroja, R. Violant i Simorra, M. Alvar ... ).
