Abstract


The author describes sorne wild plants from the provinces of Almería, Granada and Jaén (Andalusia, Spain) that have folk names from Eastern Iberia. For each plant he provides the scientific and folk name, the isoglottic line and the lexical arca. He also informs about the use of these plants in folk and household medecine, religious rites, animal husbandry, etc.
