The author thoroughly reviews the nine issues that have appeared thus far of the journal Aixa, published by the Anthropological Museum of Montseny. The journal records the research initiatives regarding Montseny's local culture and provides a forum for numerous seminars about museums, mountain areas, tourism and cultural heritage, landscape and nature.
